This is New Year card from my Japanese friend 

New Year card can call in Japanese that "Nengajo" 

あけましておめでとうございます。it means "Happy New Year"

今年もよろしくお願いします。it means "Thank you again in this year" (This sentence is to keep in touch with the receiver)
